Yogurt, berry and muesli parfait


A refreshing and slightly sweet yogurt bowl that's perfect for the season


– 1 cup siggis vanilla yogurt [skyr]
– 1/3 cup strawberries, sliced
– 1/3 cup blueberries
– 1/4 cup muesli
– 1 Tbsp hemp seeds


1. Place yogurt in a bowl and top with strawberries, blueberries, muesli and hemp seeds
