I help busy, independent professionals feel confident in the kitchen while improving their relationship with food.
More specifically, I'm a registered dietitian and the creator of 52 weeks – a complete guide to meal prepping through the seasons. I also design workplace wellness programs for corporations and write copy for food and health tech startups.
Join me and we'll make simple and delicious meals that'll get you through the week. We'll also drink wine and cook for dinner guests from time to time.

In 2017, I was building a nutrition startup with a small team in San Francisco, working as the lead dietitian at a Bay Area residential eating disorder clinic and counseling private clients.
The start-up didn't launch, the ED clinic was weighing on me and building a private practice was slow – it was time for a change.
So, I moved to Rome to get a graduate degree in Food Studies.
One night, at 2:04 a.m. to be exact, I had an idea. I'd had a busy day and ate dinner late. In an effort to save time, I made a meal in 15 minutes. It was amazing. As I laid in bed, it kept running through my mind – farro, roasted carrots and fennel with zaatar sautéed chicken breast, drizzled with a lemon yogurt sauce and topped with crushed almonds. It was quick, but if a few of the items had been prepared ahead of time it would have taken 5 minutes.
At that moment, all the projects I'd previously worked on came together.
I realized I needed to inspire people to cook.
Not in an extravagant way, but in a practical manner that would foster love, compassion and self-worth. One that would be sustainable and promote behavior change. One that would be empowering.
So I built a weekly meal plan program that offers users support and inspiration to change their dietary habits. It's called 52 Weeks – covering each week of the year.
You see, I've always wanted to help others improve their relationship with food.
It's not something that comes from a diet or food trends or even weight loss. It comes when you listen to your needs and nourish you body – when you feed yourself well. It comes when you hold space for yourself and for food.
It happens when you stop to smell the oranges at the market. When you take time to smell onions caramelizing on the stovetop. When you appreciate the variety that comes along with eating in season. Each of those moments not only better your relationship with food, they better your relationship with yourself.
I know it may seem like a lot, but my mission is to change that – to shift perception around diet and consumption.
I'm not asking you to debone a duck on a Tuesday, but I am asking you to be present and hold space for yourself.
