I met with Kelly and in our first interaction she was incredibly organized and clear about how we would work together. She asked me about my goals and catered our whole plan around those goals.
She immediately got back to me with not only my custom caloric/macro nutrient daily needs, but also my fiancee’s. I told her I handle the cooking and she wanted to make sure both of us were getting enough nutrition!
One of my goals that I mentioned was that I was too lazy to log my food and track calories, and I wanted recipes that were easy to make that would fit my needs. She created a whole booklet of recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that were pre-measured to be exactly what I needed calorically and macro-nutrient-wise. She made it so easy, and the recipes were so delicious! On top of that, I also sent her recipes of things I used to eat regularly and she re-worked them to fit into my plan.
Beyond that, during our time working together, I had to travel a lot. She supported me through this by offering to review menus of restaurants I’d be dining in so she could recommend the most nutritious options ahead of time. She also helped me plan how to make myself nutritious breakfasts in my hotel room so I could stick to our plan.
What was probably the most impactful, though, was what she taught me about the power, benefits, advantages, etc. of meal planning and prepping! The tips she gave me and the accountability she provided set me up for success and ultimately gave me the skills to consistently make myself and my partner nutritious, homemade, delicious meals 3x a day.
