WE SPECIALIZE IN
-
The Mediterranean diet is a research-backed eating pattern inspired by the traditional cuisines of countries along the Mediterranean Sea. It emphasizes plant-based foods, healthy fats like olive oil, whole grains, and moderate amounts of fish and dairy. We’ll help you apply these principles in a flexible, sustainable way that supports heart health, longevity, and enjoyment of food.
-
Meal planning and recipe development are practical tools for reducing stress around food, saving time, and making consistent, nourishing choices. We provide personalized meal plans and easy-to-execute recipes tailored to your dietary needs, food preferences, and schedule, whether you're feeding a family or cooking for one.
-
Intuitive eating is a non-diet approach that helps you reconnect with your body’s natural hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues. It promotes eating based on internal signals rather than external rules or restrictions. We guide you through the 10 principles of intuitive eating to rebuild body trust, reduce food guilt, and find more peace with food.
-
Nutrition plays a critical role in hormonal regulation, reproductive function, and conditions like PCOS, PMS, and infertility. We offer nutrition strategies to support hormone balance, regular cycles, fertility, and reproductive health through every stage of life.
-
Weight loss and weight management includes the pursuit of healthy, sustainable body weight changes, with a focus on behaviors rather than restriction. We support clients in setting realistic goals, improving their relationship with food, and making long-term changes without extreme dieting or calorie counting.
-
Nutrition is a cornerstone of managing prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, and insulin resistance, helping to regulate blood glucose levels and prevent complications. We work with you to build balanced meals, understand carbohydrate quality and quantity, and implement sustainable habits that support your blood sugar and energy levels.
-
GLP-1 receptor agonists, like Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro, are medications used to support weight loss and blood sugar control. Nutritional support is essential for managing side effects and preserving muscle mass. We provide tailored nutrition guidance for clients using GLP-1s to help you eat adequately, feel well, and support long-term health while on these medications.
-
Nutrition significantly impacts cholesterol levels, blood pressure, triglycerides, and inflammation—all key risk factors for cardiovascular disease. We help you implement heart-healthy dietary patterns that are evidence-based, practical, and enjoyable, supporting long-term cardiovascular wellness.
-
Eating disorders are complex medical and psychological conditions that require specialized, compassionate care. Nutritional rehabilitation is a core part of the recovery process. We offer trauma-informed, weight-inclusive nutrition counseling to support individuals healing from disordered eating patterns, always at a pace that respects your readiness and needs.
-
Preventive nutrition focuses on reducing the risk of chronic diseases and supporting healthy aging through proactive dietary and lifestyle choices. We work with clients to create nutrition plans that enhance cognitive health, reduce inflammation, support mobility, and promote overall vitality through every life stage.
