Hi, I’m Kelly. I’m a Registered Dietitian and Culinary Nutritionist who specializes in the Mediterranean diet and sustainable behavior change. I’m also a smoothie connoisseur with a tried and true formula that makes healthy, delicious, nutrient-dense smoothies every time. I fell in love with smoothies over 20 years ago and have since incorporated them into my diet on a regular basis. During the warmer months, I have a smoothie every day.
