Cancellation / No-show Policy: We have a strict 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Failure to cancel or reschedule within that time frame, or missing your appointment, will result in a charge for the session at full appointment rate.

Insurance: We do not accept insurance, however, we can issue you a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance provider in hopes of being reimbursed. We cannot guarantee reimbursement or reimbursement rate. We recommend contacting your insurance provider for this information. A doctor referral is required for Superbills.

HSA / HFA cards can be used for payment.
