Meet dietitian Kelly
Kelly is a Registered Dietitian and San Diego culinary nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in Food Studies. She takes a holistic approach to nutrition and health, helping her clients implement sustainable behavior change to improve their life and relationship with food.
She’s the founder of Weeknight Dinners, a weekly meal plan program that helps people find more joy and ease in cooking and eating. Kelly promotes whole foods, intuitive eating, and the Mediterranean diet. She completed her graduate degree in Rome, Italy, where she immersed herself in Italian food culture. Her meal plan program is a product of her time and experience abroad. Kelly enjoys visiting farmers markets, traveling, doing pilates, and dining with friends in her free time.
Kelly offers nutrition education, nutrition counseling, and nutrition therapy to clients around the world. She also works as a consultant to corporations and startups and has served as the lead clinical dietitian at a residential eating disorder clinic in the Bay Area.
