The Smoothie I'll Be Drinking Until Winter Hits

IMG_0754.jpg

Who am I kidding — I live in California. We don’t really have seasons.

But, in all fairness, it’s just starting to warm up in SF. Our Indian summer is about to be in full swing, and I couldn’t be happier. October is my favorite month in the city — it’s just before my birthday and the foggy chill of summer has passed. Either way, it’s smoothie weather, and I’ll take it.

As always, this simple blend-and-go meal is balanced, high in fiber, and packed with antioxidants. It has no added sugar, is loaded with collagen, and tastes delicious.

Give it a try — I think you’ll like it.
