Farro alla norma with sauteed chicken and fresh ricotta


A high fiber spin on a classic staple in Southern Italy


– 2/3 cup farro, cooked
– 3.5 oz sauteed chicken
– 1/2-1 cup norma sauce
– 1 oz or 4 dice fresh ricotta cheese
– fresh basil, thinly sliced


1. Re-heat farro, chicken and norma sauce on the stove over medium heat with a splash of water or heat in the microwave
2. Top with ricotta cheese and fresh basil
