Tropical green smoothie


A simple green smoothie packed with protein, iron and healthy fat


– 1/2 banana
– 1/4 avocado
– 1/4 cup pineapple, frozen
– 1/4 cup mango, frozen
– 1/2 cup spinach, frozen or 1-2 cups, fresh
– 1 scoop protein powder
– 3/4 cup milk of choice
– 1/2 cup coconut water


1. Peel and break banana in half and place in Tupperware or ziplock bag [freeze 1/2 for later]
2. Add avocado, pineapple, mango and spinach and place in freezer

At meal time

1. Remove frozen items from freezer and place in blender
2. Add protein powder, milk and coconut water and puree
