Batch cook Grilled Chicken – A versatile lean protein thats great to have on hand


– 1/2 roasted cauliflower and chickpeas
– 5 oz. sauteed chicken
– 2/3 couscous, cooked
– water [to re-heat]


1. Heat a splash of water in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, add sauteed chicken, roasted cauliflower and chickpeas and saute for 3-4 min
2. Add couscous and heat until throughly warm
