Mixed berry smoothie


A refreshing and substantial smoothie to get you through the morning


– 1 banana, frozen
– 1/2 cup mixed berries, frozen
– 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
– 1 scoop protein powder
– 3/4 cup milk of choice
– 1/2 cup coconut water


1. Peel and break banana in half and place in Tupperware or ziplock bag
2. Add mixed berries and place in freezer

At meal time

1. Remove fruit from freezer and place in blender
2. Add peanut butter, protein powder, milk and coconut water and puree
